Join us for an online immersive experience of deep rest and stress release in your own home. Over the course of four days, you’ll step away from work, simplify your meals, and dive into daily Rounds with in-depth guidance from your teachers. The program will run from Friday, May 28 - Monday, May 31 (Memorial Day Weekend).
